The atmosphere in the lobby was inviting and the
Friendly staff were really nice too accommodate my needs. The breakfast options were diverse and nutritious. The carpets in the hallways could use a thorough cleaning to match the hotel's otherwise inviting appearance.

It was as expected, had a such wonderful stay during our visit. As for us, rooms were beautifully maintained, they offered an electric kettle and glassware.
Some people working there were not very friendly.

I attempted to order room service twice and encountered rude staff who clearly didn't want to assist me, cutting me off mid-sentence. The room cleaning service was downright inconsistent, with toiletries not being replenished and the bed poorly made for several days. I expected better from a hotel that claims to be of higher quality.

The location was clutch, just a short walk to the Museum of Occupation and Old Town. The gym had fine views of the Gediminas Tower, a cool surprise. Plus, I really enjoyed the heated bathroom floor during the chilly weather.

Excellent location to explore the city. Friendly, helpful staff, breakfast good value for money.
The rooms are quite small and do not meet the expectations in the four- star category in terms of comfort and atmosphere. We stayed in a smoking room, not renovated. Not to be recommended. Parking space in the backyard of the hotel. This yard is very crowded and busy, spaces are small for mid-size cars. Good solution nevertheless.

Recommend it for families
Beds were very comfortable and I loved they had decaf selection and various tea selections. The breakfast was rich and full of variety that everyone could enjoy. I really appreciated the staff as they were eager to help me with my late check out request because of my health issues, and.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable for what I got.

Convenient location - only 10 minutes walk from the old Vilnius part. Gedimino avenue is clean beautiful street with much restaurants and shops. Adequate price for the Neringa hotel level and location.
Speaking about prices for Hotels in Vilnius the price seems normal, but if comparing with other European cities it is quite easy to find cheaper hotel of the same quality and similar location.

The hotel boasts a lovely ambiance and is ideally located in downtown Vilnius. Rooms are modern and comfortable, though the gym is limited. I appreciated the friendly staff, but breakfast service could use improvement considering the number of staff present.

Good location for all points of interest in Vilnius. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms not large but with all comfort.
The swimming pool is only bathtub-size outside the sauna and is not free-of-charge anyway. Quality of the (free) wireless Internet was varying. A plug in the wash basin would have been handy.

It is centralny located at the main avenue of vilnius.
Small parking lots. Earlier reservarion required, but not mentioned on the bookong.com webpage. Finally, after havinh complained, we were assigned a parking lot. Wifi available only in the common area, not in the rooms. Anyway, very food option for a stay.
